A moderately paced six mile loop around Stump Pond in Blydenburgh Park in Suffolk County. Stump Pond is the third largest freshwater body on Long Island and is rich with aquatic life. Follow a winding trail through the woods, crossing the headwaters of the Nissequogue River and enjoying occasional views of the blue waters of Stump Pond.
